[ jay is, for obvious reasons, laying low mostly after the investigation. one of the few times he slips out of 112 he just happens to run into a familiar face.

[ andersen isn't the only one mad at them. ]

I spoke to Kaito a few days ago about this. I asked him if, before all of this happened, did he think he would have agreed to something like this. He said no, never, it would have been unthinkable. And I believe him. [ kaito's been through a lot. ] Yet things still turned out this way.

I don't know. The word "choice" seems to be coming up a lot, so that would be my best guess.

[ or his apparently crush or whatever the hell that is he has on girge, but. jay does not voice that one out loud. ]

I really don't know you well enough to start guessing at what your main reason was though.

There was just no longer a need for it.
