I see. Well, I would really hope that he would kill people for money.

[ that might be an awkward discovery to go back home to, if they do return home after this. ]

He wouldn't. Probably. [is he joking. it's hard to tell because he changes the subject]

Hey, why do you think Mira wanted us to try to vote for Craftly so bad?

[ninjay]

I don't know, but I don't trust her intentions. All that did was make us fight amongst ourselves and possibly create even more tension in an already understandably tense group.

[ but also, why would you listen to a serial killer. ]

Yeah... Mabel said Craftly told her his "contract" with this place was until death. With Mira... I think we've got two options. Either she really did want us to kill Craftly because it would mess with us and ruin everything, or she told us so we'd never do it because who'd listen to a serial killer?

I'm really hoping on the former.

[ninjay]

I don't think it's worth the risk to kill him. Even if he's dead, the game will just continue on. But what if we don't even get a replacement Innkeeper? I can't wait to try to figure out trials when we don't have anyone answer questions.

[ look jay just. does not think they should risk it why can't everyone chill ]

I'm not advocating we test it. I'm just... trying to get into her head. What would that give her? The ritual works whether we catch the killers or not.

... She honestly could have just been messing with us.

That's fair, but consider: everything else seemed deliberate. Why wouldn't this be part of "Mother's" agenda, too?

I'm just going by Mira's personality in general, I suppose. She wanted to put us through a game of her own.

[ from what she said about her lack of emotions, she probably didn't actually get any enjoyment out of it. but still. ]
