[ a few hours after the execution and ice cream party, jay will exit his room to make his way towards the kitchen. a sundae does not really substitute itself for food, so he decides to look for what he can find in the kitchen as a quick snack.

[ it was strange, watching it. horrific, but strange. at the trial kamui was so accepting over the fact that they were going to execute him after he confessed, and was all smiles, so seeing the complete change in demeanor at the execution was... well. not shocking, but more sobering than it would have been if he continued smiling. ]
